Page Limit: Initial submissions of contributed and invited papers can be up to 8 pages in length. The page limit for final submissions is 6 Pages. For the final submission, up to 2 extra pages (maximum 8 pages) are permitted. A prepayment (TBD) will be required at the time of final submission for each page in excess of 6.
Templates: Due to publisher's requirements, the page settings (margin/textwidth, etc) must conform to the settings in templates. LaTeX and MS-Word templates must be used for formatting manuscript.
